Kozhikode: The IAME will organize a major career conclave titled “Career Avenir” for school students on April 1, 2026 (Wednesday) in Calicut. The programme will be held from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with the objective of helping students explore various career opportunities and make informed academic choices.
The conclave aims to guide students in identifying suitable career paths by providing them with exposure to higher education institutions, professional experts, and career counsellors. Organizers stated that the event will offer a platform where students can directly interact with experts and institutions from different academic and professional fields.
Institutions from diverse sectors such as medical and paramedical colleges, commerce and finance studies, management institutions, engineering colleges, hotel management and catering institutes, arts and science colleges, media and journalism institutes, research and advanced studies centres, international and study abroad institutions, education consultancies, language institutions, nursing colleges, digital marketing institutes, AI, robotics and data science training centres, law colleges, PSC coaching centres, career guidance services, and Da’awa colleges are expected to participate.
The event will feature several engaging sessions including career talks by international experts, psychological and career clinics, career guidance and counselling sessions, scholarship orientation programmes, personal interaction with experts, panel discussions, and a career book expo.
Organizers said that Career Avenir is expected to benefit a large number of school students by helping them gain clarity about their future education and career prospects.
